- We ship all orders priority mail via USPS.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your order. We process orders Monday - Friday, and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. MESTIZA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.
Please note for priority mail tracking information is available. Once the package is delivered your tracking information will reflect the delivery notification. Priority mail comes standard with $50 insurance. If you would like to purchase additional insurance please let us know. The client takes full responsibility to file a claim with USPS if the package is lost/stolen.
Please note once a package is scanned as delivered by the postal service we are no longer responsible for any packages that go missing. We will only cover damaged merchandise in transit due to packaging error on MESTIZA's end.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing your tracking number from USPS will be sent to your e-mail registered on our shopping site. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date please do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com
Returns are happily accepted up to 14 days from the date you received your package. The item must be in it's original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our quality standards.
Unfortunately, any packing slip marked with Final Sale/Clearance is nonreturnable.
*Customer is responsible for return shipping, MESTIZA is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
